Emília is a professor in the School of Life Sciences. She is fascinated primarily by the evolution of complex and multimodal communication, and is deeply commited to social justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Her son, Gabriel Martins, plays the cello, her husband, Mike, is also a scientist, and her extended family is Brazilian. emilia.martins@asu.edu

Piyumika is an Assistant Teaching Professor working on our zebrafish project. She is interested in understanding how small changes in the physical environment induce major shifts in behavioral strategies. She integrates field and lab experiments (primarily on fish), and is currently working on our Sensory Resilience & Climate Change project. psuriyam@asu.edu.

Gonzalo is a postdoctoral researcher working on our Sympatric Congeners project. garami17@asu.edu

Anastassia P. Erudaitius

Anastassia is a student in the Biology PhD program at Arizona State University. She is broadly interested in behavior and phenotypic evolution, specifically the relationship between visual and chemical signals in Sceloporus lizards. aerudait@asu.edu

Hope Abercrombie

Hope is a student in the Animal Behavior PhD program at Arizona State University. habercro@asu.edu

Tony is a student in the Biology PhD program at Arizona State University. He is working on morphological evolution in Sceloporus lizards as part of our Sympatric Congeners project. ameza36@asu.edu

Gwen is a Biology MS student in the ASU 4+1 program. Her work has been focused on the communication behavior of Sceloporus tristichus lizards. ggotscha@asu.edu

Christina Palmrose-Krieger

Christina is a Biology MS student in the ASU 4+1 program. She is especially fascinated by insects, and currently working full-time with the EPA. cpalmros@asu.edu

Logan Kenny

Logan is a postbacc student working on a second BS degree in Biology. He is studying the evolution of lizard pelvises as part of our Sympatric Congeners project, and heading to medical school in June 2024. lkenny@asu.edu

Rob is a Biology MS student. He is particularly interested in conservation biology and invasive species. rjnorman@asu.edu
